Harbor Grill in East Hampton presents $22.95 “Prime Rib Nights” every Saturday and Sunday starting at 4 p.m. The meal includes a choice of nightly soup or garden salad, a thick slice of prime rib with baked potato, horseradish sour cream and daily vegetables.
