sightseeing. Activities organised by Scott Dunn included dining at the hotel’s impressive restaurants and a culinary experience with The Oberoi New Delhi’s chef; a tour discovering the ‘Hidden Old Delhi’ exploring markets, architecture and the Red Fort; and lunch at Saravana Bhavan, known for its delicious south Indian cuisine. The next stop was to Agra – a city south of Delhi, on the banks of the Yamuna River and home to the Taj Mahal, the most famous attraction in India. Accommodation was organised at Agra’s premium hotel, The Oberoi Amarvilas, where all 64 rooms and suites have uninterrupted views of the Taj Mahal. During this two night stay, a breath-taking viewing of the Taj Mahal at sunrise was organised, followed by a tour of Agra Fort & Itmad-ud-Daulah Tomb, an interactive lunch with The Oberoi chef, and a Mughal Heritage Walk, showcasing local life away from the tourist trail. The next day included a transfer to Jaipur’s luxury hotel The Oberoi Rajvilas, where Scott Dunn had ensured the Premier rooms were available and pre-booked for the two-night stay.
