It’s interesting to analyse if the fact to be repeaters can or not be linked to the drug consumption; the table number 1 shows how many are the repeaters among those who are consumers, how many are in course and how many started the primary school a year before. With the aim to comprehend if there is or not a link between the “consumption” variables and the fact “to be repeaters”, also here it has been calculated the χ2; the test has given a positive exit and it means that the two variables are linked among themselves, and that it exists, therefore, a relevant statistic relation.11 11

H0: it doesn’t exist a relation between the consumption variable and the variable to be repeaters H1: there is some correlation between the two variables χ2: = 6,12; χ2 critic = 3,84; χ2 > χ2 critic, therefore we reject H0 and accept the experimental hypothesis H1 with the risk to commit a mistake of the first type, that is to a true hypothesis.
